Around the World in 98 days of the "Costa Deliziosa" will begin at the Port of Barcelona

The first stage, called Christopher Columbus, will start from Barcelona to Los Angeles (USA), to Madeira and making a five-day Atlantic crossing to the West Indies. From there, the ship will pass through the Panama Canal and visit Mexico before coming to America.

The second stage, James Cook, will depart from Los Angeles on January 26, 2012 and will reach Singapore, exploring the Pacific, calling at islands like Hawaii and Samoa, as well as New Zealand and Australia.

From Singapore will start the final leg of the trip, on March 5. During this stage, the "Costa Deliziosa" pass through Thailand, India, UAE, Oman, Yemen and Egypt and will end in Savona (Italy) after 98 days of passage.

The "Costa Deliziosa" was baptized in February in Dubai, at a ceremony attended by Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed al Maktoum, and marked the opening of the cruise terminal at Port Rashid.
